My favorite part about IG yoga challenges has always been the chance the learn more about yoga while connecting with incredible souls from all around the world who are all practicing together and encouraging one another!
I have made so many beautiful friends and connections through IG yoga challenges.
Now as a host of #aloyogachallenges , I have too many favorite parts.
I love every single part of it!
I love the planning.
I love all of my cohosts every time.
I love how involved the audience is.
I love how much you all want to learn.
I love how much you all want to encourage one another to try new things!
I love how open you are to trying new things!
I love all of the new faces each time a new challenge starts!
