Yesterday’s post continued… When we reflect and meditate often, it gives us a better ability to truly feel our emotions.
To express them.
When we tell the truth about our emotions, we actually yield to their power, and learn more about ourselves in the process.
We learn there is something permanent,
something undeniable,
that isn’t affected by emotions.
This is the self.

Ask yourself:
What is permanent?
What part of me wasn’t affected by this change?
What does that feel like?
Did I resolve anything in expressing and experiencing my emotions?
Did you become grounded in the reality of your truth?
Can you now hold your ground with your awareness?

Trust your feelings, and your ability to perceive the truth.
Be compassionate, loving, and true to yourself.

Be still and do nothing.
Allow the energy you have been holding to be released.
Take a moment to be at peace with yourself. .

Merry Christmas Eve from Belize. 💙
