Yesterday was the final day of my yoga retreat Surrender and Grow. 🙏🏽💙 I took a beach and rest day with a couple of the guests who are staying in Belize a little longer.
Sometimes you need to just take a day to relax, and spend hours in the sun. 🌞🌊
