The whole point of taking this time to stay quiet, and to truly connect to our breath, gives us a chance to pay attention to what comes up in our mind.
It gives us a chance to pay attention, or to hear, what is asking for more of our love, care, and attention in our lives,
our bodies,
our hearts, and our minds.
Whatever rises, love that.
You may think the objective is to silence our minds, but just know that it’s okay if other thoughts come up along the process.
They will.
You are a spiritual being having a very humanistic experience. It’s okay to give yourself space.
