Through self-examination, we can actually increase our vitality, health and happiness.
Without self-examination,
we limit our sense of joy, well-being and growth, while also limiting the flow of our energy.

If our attitudes, ideas and judgements are too rigid or unstructured then our energy will be the same.
Don’t diminish your energy flow. .
