One of the hardest things we can do to ourselves (especially as healers or teachers) is to hold onto the pain, burdens, sorrows, and weight of others.
If you are an empathetic person like myself, you may feel like as if you hold onto the unnecessary weight of others for longer than you should.
I know that personally, it sometimes takes me longer to “unwind” spiritually and emotionally from a heavy conversation or session with someone who is carrying a lot of baggage and needs to unload.
If you feel like you are the same way, just know yourself,
and make sure to take time for yourself to recharge.
We are constantly exchanging energy in this life.
It’s essential to make sure our energy is replenished and refreshed. .
