Journal Prompt: What kind of driver are you? Do you have road rage? .

I try not to, but this answer has totally changed over time! I used to get so annoyed and frustrated at people for cutting me off or driving slow in the fast lane, but now I only get annoyed at people when they put multiple lives in danger in a reckless manner.
Someone once said to me, “If you aren’t doing yoga in your car, you aren’t doing it right.” While that statement is not entirely true in my mind, it was funny the way she said it!
Yoga teaches us so many breathing techniques (pranayamas), tools and meditations that we can use throughout each moment in our life— especially the stressful ones!
Like traffic jams, or getting cut off!
I chose this pose for today because it leaves so many people frustrated and angry! “Why can’t I get this?!” “This is stupid!”
You are okay! Just breathe, try again.
Maybe do some more strength building, THEN try again.
And don’t be mean to yourself along the way. 💗
