Interpretation of Yoga: What’s it All About?
Lots of people think yoga is about flexibility, or getting your body into shapes.
Some people think it’s all about going to yoga classes,
while others like to sit at home with a simple stretch, their dog, and a cup of joe.
The truth is, there is no truth.
Not about yoga at least.
Yoga isn’t about being flexible.
Yoga isn’t about going to classes.
Yoga isn’t even about mediation.
Yoga is about you.
It’s a spiritual and physical exploration of the self, for the self.
It’s about creating and taking those steps necessary for yourself to become he person you are destined to be.
It’s about creating space in your mind, body, heart, and souls making room for yourself to grow.
Allowing space for roots to expand, and your buds to blossom.
It’s about granting yourself the compassion to love openly, even through all of the uncomfortableness paired with the growth.
Yoga is about you.
