Let’s talk about the stop, drop, one take shot shares.
Here’s one for ya.
This was taken maybe 5 minutes ago?
Charlie and I are sitting at this little shack on the beach eating pineapple after my yoga class, and there’s a giant rain storm blowing on in, but it’s beautiful.
It’s everything I’ve ever wanted and needed.
It’s strong.
It’s vulnerable.
It’s deep.
The storm.
The experiences.
Traveling.
This life.
This photo. .

As the weather gets colder in most places this time of year, I’ve seen so many yogis I know and love commenting about how uncomfortable they are sharing the indoor photos of “dark rooms” or “poor lighting.” I took about 50-200 photos on my Sony a6300 today, too, I KNOW they are better than this photo. But that’s not the point.
The point is sharing.
Inspiring.
Enlightening.
Connecting.
Expressing our souls. .

I asked Charlie to take this photo of me on in my iPhone 6 really quick. I told him the pose I was doing, and told him “let’s get this in one shot. It’s the moment I want to share, not the aesthetic.”
I love you all.
Never stop sharing because you think “this photo isn’t as good as everyone else’s”
NO. You ARE PERFECT in your own journey. Just the way you are. .
