Day 4 of #StrengthenTheAsana brings us to the most popular yoga pose! Downward Facing Dog!
The most important part in this pose is to ground yourself down through those hands, which are shoulder width distance apart,
while the chest melts down lower, you are lifting that pelvis UP towards the sky. IT DOESN’T MATTER IF YOUR KNEES ARE BENT WITH HEELS OFF THE GROUND, YOU WANT YOUR TAILBONE UP– in facf the knees staying bent are totally encouraged!! Swipe to see the difference in the positioning of my tailbone when I have my ankles lifted with bent knees, versus feet flat. 
So many people think the feet have to be down, but this really isn’t true! 🤷🏻‍♀️
Gaze up towards your belly button to allow the head to fall into the correct positioning.
