Welcome to Day 5 of #StrengthenTheAsana 🙌🏽🌲💪🏽
Today we have Tree Pose, and I decided to do the Bikram variation of this pose!
Where the heel is drawn up and placed on the “costume”, upper thigh. It’s okay if you keep a hand holding onto that foot in order to keep it in place. 🤗🙏🏽
In this variation, the bent knee will eventually be in line with the standing. .
My YTT had a very large section on Anatomy and Bikram Yoga (Hot 26 Sequence.)
Mostly everyone hated it, and wanted those days to be over— immediately.
While the series was difficult and the days were long, I see so many benefits as to why we spent so much time going over this sequence.
